Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded when registering, or turned into the Activities Office.

Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam. MSHSL Physical Form

LC Athletic Booster Club Annual Meeting May 21, 2025

The Lake City Athletic Booster Club will hold its annual meeting Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7pm.  This meeting will take place via Google Meet. The LCABC is an organization that supports approved Minnesota State High School League athletic teams/programs.  If you would like more information about the LCABC or to attend this annual meeting, please email us at athleticboosterslc@gmail.com and we will share a Google Meet invite link with you.
